Her path to this innovation stemmed from a personal crisis where her daughter disappeared in a New York hotel, sparking the idea of optimizing existing security systems.
An award was also presented to Adi Paz, trailblazer of logistics company Ontime.

Paz started the company influenced by the logistical challenges of his rural surroundings in the Galilee region;
Ontime now makes same or next-day deliveries accessible to up to 3.4 billion people worldwide, prioritizing social benefits over profit.
In the healthcare sector, Dr. Hadas Ziso’s startup, EndoCure, was recognized for enhancing the diagnosis of endometriosis.
This condition affects one in ten women of reproductive age, and current diagnostic methods often lead to false negatives.
EndoCure aims to increase diagnostic accuracy and subsequently improve patient management.
The event concluded with comments from Tamar Luzzatto, co-CEO of The Luzzatto Group, emphasizing the importance of supporting female entrepreneurship.
She noted that these women are transforming the tech industry by developing innovative solutions to real-world problems.
She believes these awards can provide crucial visibility for these disruptive voices in the tech industry, showcasing their groundbreaking advancements and their ability to address real-world issues.
