The Global Fellowship 2024 for Social Entrepreneurs is now accepting applications. This online six-month course, aligning with the 17 United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), is intended to empower ambitious entrepreneurs eager to tackle social issues via their businesses.

Participants will go through extensive training sessions to elevate their leadership and entrepreneurial skills, while simultaneously learning innovative methods for societal problem-solving. The program is open globally, fostering inclusivity and diversity.

The mission of the fellowship is to assist budding social enterprise leaders in creating resilient, inclusive economies. It stresses on capacity building and sustainable techniques to overcome challenges, thereby promoting social enterprises’ potential to foster an environmentally respectful society.

Training will cover fundamentals of entrepreneurship, effective storytelling, market strategy, impact quantification, business model formulation, networking, fundraising, branding, communications, and growth management. Such a comprehensive curriculum is aimed at enabling fellows to establish successful startups and sustain them in the long run.

Moreover, the course will provide insights into quantifying intended social or environmental impacts, creating sustainable business strategies, and developing engaging narratives to attract customers and investors. Fellows will also get the opportunity to network with global peers and be mentored.

The fellowship welcomes applicants aged 18 to 30, identifying as women or non-binary. Candidates must hold significant decision-making roles within organizations that aim to address social or sustainable challenges, whether for-profit or non-profit.

Selection of fellows will be based on their business model, social impact, communication skills, availability, and alignment with the fellowship values. The application deadline for the 2024 Global Fellowship for Social Entrepreneurs is March 7, 2024. Candidates will undergo an interview to assess their vision, commitment, and compatibility with the fellowship’s ethos.
